Okay …so she is wearing a dark blue / green ish flannel shirt . Picture one , two. A olive green top underneath three. The dress in a sort of similar style can be found here, and here or here. She is also wearing black tights, they sort of look like thin knit tights. From what I can see she is wearing these with some socks. The hat she is wearing looks a lot like a pork pie hat like this one, a black boater or bowler hat would work just as well. She is wearing a simple canvas green messenger bag a bit like this one .

Diamond knit tights can be found literally anywhere as they are very popular, here is a site that sells them. The dress she is wearing underneath is just a dull colored navy/grey loose fitted dress like this. The style of the socks can be found here.
